Interactive ancestry maps based on 1000 Genomes project:

• Genome-based maps of 20 populations (GTM + PCA + t-SNE + world map)*
• 20 populations map (GTM only)
• 20 populations map (t-SNE only)
• AFR map: GTM of African populations
• Projection on AFR map: Americans of African Ancestry in SW USA (ASW)
• Projection on AFR map: Europeans
• Projection on AFR map: East Asians
• Projection on AFR map: South Asians
• Projection on AFR map: Admixed Americans

• *Populations excluded from training set (cf. reference populations): ASW, ACB, GIH, STU, ITU, MXL
